From humble brazilian beginnings
My name is Valeria, and my love affair with chilies began in the lush landscapes of Brazil - where everything grows. Every morning, I cherished the ritual of my father picking fresh chilies right outside the kitchen door. He would then sauté them an make us a delicious sandwich before he left for work. These early moments ignited a lifelong passion for vibrant flavors and natural ingredients.
The quest for pure flavor
After moving to the US and experiencing the diverse culinary scene of New York City, I found that most supermarket hot sauces fell short. They were often too salty, too sugary, too oily, or full of unpronounceable additives – lacking both taste and health benefits. This realization sparked a mission: to create my own hot sauce that was truly exceptional.
